ABOUT TRADING PLACES MAUI
From 1986-1995 the Maui office was a Satellite location for Trading Places International. As the only independent office for Trading Places International the business was marketed, managed and run on a daily basis by its present owners. Maturity and growth over nine years led to the buy out in 1995. In that time an unprecedented customer loyalty was created due to a business ethic based on clear communication, integrity, personal service and fairness. Having a vision of growth while maintaining the moral standards that have made the business a success is a commitment made by the owners to themselves and the customers they serve. ABOUT THE OWNERS
Nancy Benson has been involved in the Timeshare Industry in Hawaii for over 20 years. Her intrinsic knowledge of the delicate relationship balances between Developer, Homeowners Association and Management Company makes her expertise invaluable. Her ability to see the big picture has guided Trading Places Maui in the direction of its clients needs and goals.
Sharon Paley brought to Hawaii seven years of Management experience in Vacation Ownership from the San Francisco area. Solid in communication skills, customer relationships and business planning, her organization and integrity built the foundation that created the excellent business reputation Trading Places Maui has today. Timeshare Exchange
If you own a Timeshare and wish to trade for another date or location, contact us, we facilitate timeshare exchanges that are affordable, easy and fun! Free Annual Membership
There is no annual fee to use our services. No Fees Until Confirmed
Free search first option is available. Please note no exchange fees are due until your reservation is confirmed. Two Year Banking Credits
Each deposit comes with an automatic two-year credit. If you need to travel against a week beyond its expiration date, you can do so via our simple extension program. No Guest Certificate Fees
Your guests are our guests; there is no additional charge for friends or family to use your time. Fees
There is no membership fee to use our services, simply pay as you go with our affordable exchange fees. They are per week:
- Internal (within your own resort) - $139.00
- External (outside of your home resort) - $149.00
- International - $159.00
If you wish to upgrade to a larger unit than you own, we can accommodate your request via our upgrade program: See Upgrade Program. If you have a week that has expired or is about to, we offer an extension program. Upgrade Program
If the number of guests traveling exceeds your room occupancy, simply request to upgrade your unit size, the fees are as follows:
- 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom - $375.00
- 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom - $475.00
- 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom - $375.00
- Lock off hotel room to 1b - $375.00
- Lock off hotel room to 2b - $475.00
- Lock off hotel room to 3b - $500.00
Exchange fees as of 1/1/09. All fees subject to change without notice. Extension Program
No longer lose unused weeks. You can purchase a one-year extension on any banked or expired deposit for just $99.00 per week. Weeks may be extended as many times as needed. Top Priority on all Hawaii Requests
